Development and Manufacturing of New Centrifuges

Our own development concept and therefore a number of original designs led to the three basic product lines and dozens of implementations of centrifuges that were supplied and installed in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as in a number of European countries (e.g. Hungary, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland,...
Based on the design and the area of use, the products developed so far can be divided into three main groups:
- Vertical centrifuges with cutting-out capability for pharmacy
- Vertical centrifuges with drying and cutting-out capabilities for pharmacy
- Vertical and horizontal centrifuges for chemistry
Each new design is developed in a 3D design editor (SolidWorks) and subsequently optimised by means of the FEM analysis, both in static and in dynamic tasks.
Vertical centrifuges with cutting-out capability
Vertical centrifuges with cutting-out capability are manufactured in two different designs, designated as SCVB (Sultrade Centrifuge Vertical Bottom discharging), i.e. with bottom discharging, and SCVT (Sultrade Vertical Top discharging), i.e. with top discharging. A fully tailor-made design is a matter of course, i.e. adaptation of material, design, hardware and software to the client's specific requirements. Another one of our products from the area of centrifuge accessories, namely the Vacuum Product Tank (VPT) in different designs, is usually offered, especially for centrifuges with top discharging (SCVT) in automatic mode.
Consistent design of centrifuges is a matter of course to meet the GMP requirements and to comply with all the prerequisites for ATEX, if required.
More specific and detailed information about the above described products SCVT or SCVB may be downloaded here or here.
Vacuum Product Tanks (VPT) are supplied as an attachment to the SCVT centrifuges to transport the product centrifuged by uplifting from the centrifuge using a closed line.
Vacuum Product Tanks (VPT) are supplied in different sizes and materials, either portable or fixed, always depending on the filling capacity and type of the product being centrifuged.
The product is discharged from the Vacuum Product Tank (VPT) into the container without coming into contact with the external environment.
The Vacuum Product Tank (VPT) including all necessary stop and control valves is operated via the control system of the centrifuge.
Vertical centrifuges with drying and cutting-out capabilities for pharmacy
The Centrifuge - Dryer (CDR) is the latest product of development and represents a very unique device combining two operations (centrifugation and contact drying at reduced pressure) in one working space. This contributes to saving of space and initial costs, since several technological operations are combined in one machine (centrifugation, washing, homogenisation, vacuum contact drying and discharging of product).
For more specific and detailed information about the above described product see the section Equipment for Pharmacy
Vertical and horizontal centrifuges with cutting-out capability
SULTRADE vertical gypsum centrifuges are installed in the dewatering lines for gypsum originated from the flue-gas desulphurization process in energy (FGD GYPSUM) and in the dewatering lines for gypsum originated from the sulphuric acid neutralization process (CHEMICAL GYPSUM).
SULTRADE gypsum centrifuges are supplied both in rubber-lined design and in stainless-steel design, with the diameter of the drum from 800 mm up to 1800 mm.
SULTRADE gypsum centrifuges are fully automatic with the individual control system of the machine connected to dewatering line control system, with the possibility of full sharing of and access to information about operating conditions in real time. The centrifuge can be supplied without the individual control system, fully operated via the control system of the dewatering line.
These centrifuges can be supplied including all the necessary accessories and erection and installation works on the premises of the operator ("turnkey" project).
Horizontal chemical centrifuges (specifically SCH 2000/1000 type) are the latest product of development and implementations in 2012.
